Which states do you ship to?
We can ship your order to any US state.
Do I need to be a certain age to place an order?
If your order contains alcohol then the recipient must be 21 years of age or older and must be there to sign for the delivery. This is a requirement for all orders containing alcohol. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. You can select your preferred method of payment at checkout.
I don't want to give my card details online. Can I still order?
Yes. You can order over the phone. Please call us on 347 674 7568 to arrange for payment.

I want to buy frozen products, will they be OK to ship?
Yes. We send frozen items to most of the destinations with second day shipping. Frozen items are packed with food quality dry ice and they are completely OK to travel for several days. Keep in mind that dry ice may fully evaporate during transportation so it may not be present at the time when you receive your package. Of course sometimes, due to the nature of the products, their appearance, consistency, state, taste and other physical characteristics may change during transportation. This is perfectly normal and in most cases will not change the quality of the items, only their physical appearance.
What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?
In the highly unlikely event that your parcel is damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us. You should contact us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents and send them to us so we can work out the best way to go about it.
How long will delivery take?
We usually notify the seller immediately upon receiving your order and they ship your order within 1-5 days after they have been notified, often on the very same day. The delivery times depend entirely on the postal service. On average that takes another day or two for deliveries to the most US states.
How secure is shopping in your online shop? Is my data protected?
All transactions made on the our website are secure and are done over a 256-bit SSL secure connection. In addition, we do not store any of your data on our servers -- it is all processed by the credit card processors we use (Stripe and PayPal).
Do I buy directly from you?
No, you do not. We provide a service, your order is sent to a seller and shipped to you by them directly. We are here to facilitate the ordering and payment process. We aggregate and show products from many sellers, thus creating a rich and all-encompassing online store for Bulgarian products, like nothing else that exists out there.
