The Logodaj Wine cellar is located in the very heart of the beautiful valley of the Struma River. It is the sunniest and warmest Bulgarian region, with rich history and fabulously beautiful scenery, a region where viticulture goes back thousands of years. The Bulgariana wine is one of those wines . A dry red wine, blend of three grape varieties – cabernet sauvignon, syrah, and telish, all grown along the sunny valley of the Struma River. The wine has a beautiful and dense, with dark ruby-red color. The aroma is intense, with scents of red berries, blueberries, blackberries and sun-ripened plums, with tones of chocolate, vanilla and spices undertones. The taste is rich and fruity. The body is soft and full, the finish is of good length, and the aftertaste is very pleasant.
Pair this wine with game dishes, spicy cheeses and red meats. Great on sipping on its own too!
