An amazing wine of the indigenous Rubin grape variety and the classics Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Pure fruitiness, succulent and harmonious freshness along with a full-bodied, yet in no way overbearing, taste.
No Man’s Land is a virgin, uncultivated territory, 8 kilometers strip of land along the southern border of Bulgaria, which in the past used to separate the worlds of Socialism and Capitalism. During the Cold War it was a horrific place for these who dared to escape the socialist lands in the hope for a better life in the West. Now it is an environmental paradise, pollution free area with preserved wildlife where the vines bask in the sun and give birth to wines of indisputable quality.
Classic vinification technology. The grapes were picked up at optimal ripeness. Processing relied on technology gentle on grape skins. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Fascinating dark ruby red color
Aroma: Harmonious aroma of wild berries with hints of plums and toast
Taste: Full-bodied fruity flavor, dominated by the fruit from the aroma, fine tannins in the aftertaste
