Pliska Pomorie VSOP Brandy

Pliska Pomorie brandy is a premium wine brandy with a warm light red-brown color. It has been aged for 7 years in wooden casks producing an exquisite beverage with refined and complex assertive flavors. It is produced by distilling selected red wines made from locally grown premium quality grapes, using slow fermentation and barrel-aging to make hard cider wine which is then double distilled over open flame. The result is a soft and fruity deliciousness in a bottle. This brandy is ideal either at room temperature or over ice after a delicious meal.
