Slanchev Bryag (Sunny Beach) Brandy is a wine distillate brandy of exceptional taste. It has a warm light red-brown color and is produced by distillation of selected red wines which is then slowly fermented and barrel-aged to make hard cider. The cider is then double distilled over an open flame. The brandy is matured for 3 years in wooden casks which results in developing the complex flavors of this spirit. The Slanchev Bryag brandy is ideal either at room temperature or over ice after a delicious meal.
