Troyanska Slivova Plum Rakia is a smooth, full bodied plum brandy (slivova rakia or slivovitz) made from the Damson plums and matured for 3 years. It has a pleasant sun-kissed plums aroma and a mild, harmonious, well-balanced taste (the Rakia is 4 years old).
