Shipping costs may differ depending on your delivery address. There is a shipping calculator at the checkout page, please use it if you want to check the exact shipping costs for your order.
We ship all orders within five days of receiving the order, often on the very same day.
We use a variety of carriers for our shipments. You may have the option to select a preferred one at checkout. However, we may end up using a different carrier than the one you have selected if the carrier your selected is not available or applicable for delivery to your address. If for some reason we cannot accommodate your choice of shipping carrier, we do reserve the right to use a different carrier than the one you selected, with the same or better delivery service and same or lower cost to you.
When To Expect Your Order
Once we receive the order, we notify a local seller, who is best suited to fulfill your order. We send the notification immediately after you place the order with us. Once they have received the order, and provided that all items are in stock, the seller will ship your order within 1 to 5 days, often on the very same day. Please note that it is possible that some sellers may have shipping restrictions — for example shipping Monday to Wednesday only.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
Your order status is available at any time in your Order History page in your online account with us.
Shipping of Perishable Items
If your order contains perishable items, it is recommended that you choose a faster delivery service. We make every effort to ensure that all products arrive to their final destination in the best condition possible, so please be mindful when choosing the shipping method. In all cases, you agree to accept that the perishable nature of those products may result in the items arriving in an unexpected condition, and agree to waive your right for returns or refund on any such items.
Sometimes we may not be able to ship perishable items (destination address too far from the seller for example). In this case we will let you know and will fully refund those items back to you.
When purchasing frozen or perishable items online, please note that due to the nature of the products, their appearance, consistency, state, taste and other physical characteristics may change during transportation. This is perfectly normal and in most cases will not change the quality of the items, only their physical appearance. If you suspect that an item has gone bad during transportation, you should alert us immediately. You should not consume any items that you deem unsafe to consume.
If your order contains alcohol items then it is required by Federal law that your package must be delivered to you with a signature delivery confirmation in order to verify yours and the recipient age. By placing an order with us you confirm that you and the recipient are 21 years of age or older. If you do not meet the age requirement for using this Website, you are not authorized to use our services and your order will be refused.

For shipping and deliveries to the rest of the world, please contact us. In general, we will be able to accommodate your order, provided that there are no special requirements for delivering to your country and that the items you would like to order can survive the trip.
IMPORTANT: Due to the developing COVID-19 situation we cannot accept returns of any food items. This limitation supersedes all other shipping and return policies we’ve previously had until further notice.

If you decide not to use the products you purchased, it is often possible to return them to us for a refund. This is considered on a case-by-case and is fully at the discretion of our management. If we accept a full return, then a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. In some cases we may be able to refund the shipping costs as well.
